1. GENERAL TERMS & PAYMENT
  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.
  • The commission will be paid 50% upfront and 50% after the commission is finished, through either PayPal or Bank Transfer. 
2. DOS AND DON'TS
  • ✔ I draw original characters and fanarts of existing characters.
  • ✘ I do not draw NSFW, furries and I won't imitate other art styles or artists.
  • I have the right to reject any request that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY
  • The amount of reviews you get during the commissioning process depends on the type of commission you request.
  • During the reviews, work-in-progress can include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.
  • Changes in subject and composition are only acceptable during the drafting phase. It is however possible to request minor adjustments in the last phase of the colouring process. Changes requested after the approval of the final piece will be charged extra.
  • The time it takes to finish your commission varies depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece or other work, and it will be discussed in the initial phase of the commissioning process.
  • If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know as soon as possible.
  • Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image (approx. 210 x 260 mm at 300 DPI) along with a web-friendly size. Final file formats are usually PNG or JPEG. There will be no physical product. 
4. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
  • The buyer is allowed to use the artwork for personal use only (upload it on all social media, print it etc.), but they are not allowed to reproduce/use the artwork commercially (to make money off of it).
  • The buyer is not allowed to remove my signature or alter the artwork without my consent.
  • I reserve the right to use the commissioned illustration and to post it (on website, social media, etc.) for the purpose of promoting my work.
5. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
  • The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission or if I decline it you will receive a full refund.
  • Any refund will be handle by me, without the need to request a chargeback through Paypal.

Requesting a commission implies full acceptance of the "Terms of Service" exactly as stated above. If you have a problem with any of these terms, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to filling the form.

2. COSA È POSSIBILE RICHIEDERE
  • ✔ Disegni di personaggi inventati e fanart di personaggi già esistenti.
  • ✘ Non disegno NSFW e non imiterò altri stili di disegno o artistə.
  • Mi riservo il diritto di rifiutare richieste che non mi senta a mio agio a disegnare.
3. SVOLGIMENTO E CONSEGNA
  • La quantità di revisioni previste durante il lavoro dipende dal tipo di commissione richiesta.
  • Le bozze inviate in revisione includeranno una filigrana digitale e saranno più piccole del disegno finito.
  • Modifiche di soggetto e composizione sono da ritenersi accettabili solamente in fase di bozza. È prevista comunque la possibilità di chiedere piccoli ritocchi nell’ultima fase del lavoro a colori. Modifiche richieste dopo l’approvazione del definitivo saranno da conteggiarsi a consuntivo.
  • Il tempo necessario per terminare la commissione varia a seconda di fattori quali la complessità del pezzo commissionato o il carico di lavori e verrà stabilito nella fase iniziale della commissione.
  • Un eventuale allungamento dei tempi di consegna verrà comunicato prontamente.
  • Terminato il lavoro, ne riceverete una versione in alta risoluzione (circa 210 x 260 mm a 300 DPI) e una dimensionata per il web. I formati dei file finali sono in PNG o JPEG. Non è previsto un prodotto fisico. 
4. COPYRIGHT / POLITICA DI UTILIZZO
  • L'acquirente è autorizzatə a utilizzare l'opera commissionata solo per uso personale (potrà caricarla su tutti i social media, stamparla, ecc.), ma non a fini commerciali (per trarne profitto in qualsiasi modo).
  • L'acquirente non potrà rimuovere la mia firma dall'illustrazione o alterarla senza il mio consenso.
  • Mi riservo la possibilità di utilizzare l'illustrazione commissionata e di poterla postare (sito web, social media, ecc.) ai fini di promuovere il mio lavoro.
5. POLITICA DI RIMBORSO / CANCELLAZIONE
  • L'acquirente perde il diritto al rimborso una volta iniziato il lavoro.
  • Il rimborso completo è previsto solo in caso di impossibilità ad iniziare la commissione o in caso di rifiuto della stessa.
  • L'eventuale rimborso verrà gestito da me, senza bisogno di richiedere un chargeback tramite Paypal.

Inviare una richiesta di commissione implica l'accettazione dei "Termini & Condizioni" così come sopra riportati. Se uno di questi Termini non vi soddisfa, è possibile richiederne una modifica personalizzata prima di compilare il modulo.
